Customer-friendly and customer-oriented telephone skills

Target group
Everyone who is in regular telephone contact with customers.
 
Prior knowledge
You need at least an elementary knowledge of the language. The course is tailor-made and based on an individual oral and/or written needs analysis and language test. The content is also fully adjusted to your prior knowledge, needs and objectives.
 
Course duration
Starting from 20 hours to ensure minimal progress.
 
Price
Standard 30-hour package from 1675 euros, minimum 20-hour package from 1135 euros (including administrative costs and course materials, excluding possible travel expenses).
 
Content
This course teaches you to communicate with customers on the telephone in a customer-friendly and customer-oriented way. The following topics may be discussed: introduction of the company, personalising the conversation, putting calls through, providing or obtaining information, answering questions, making appointments, positive wording and complaint handling. The topics can be adjusted or expanded in consultation with you.
